Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Representing Canada at the 1989 World Championships, goaltender Peter Sidorkiewicz first starred for the Oshawa Generals in the OHL before NHL seasons with Hartford, followed by short stints with Ottawa and New Jersey. From his days in the AHL with Binghamton, we have Sidorkiewicz’s Chase Lincoln First Bank Binghamton Whalers Player of the Month Award for December 1984. At 5” x 7”, the finished wooden plaque features a wonderfully carved and mounted goaltender, with a small engraved metal plate affixed over the left side listing the particulars including “Player of the Month - Binghamton Whalers” and “Peter Sidorkiewicz - December 1984”. Displaying beautifully with just some light wear including a few scratches to the engraved plate, the keepsake will be accompanied by an LOA.
