Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
A product of the U.S. National Development Team, spending two years with the program and setting a record for all-time points that has since been eclipsed, Clayton Keller also led Boston University in scoring during his lone season in Hockey East. A first-round draft choice of Arizona in 2016, this stick was used by Keller during his fourth season with the Coyotes in 2020-21. A Bauer Vapor model with “Keller” factory graphics, the original white tape remains on the blade and Skins rubber grip with reinforcing white strand on the knob with “9” handwritten (“PF” and “BS” are also handwritten with the significance unknown, along with “JK”, “BK” and “KK”, with these appearing to be the initials of his parents and brother). Great game-use is exhibited with numerous puck marks to the front and reverse blade, with some additional wear to the shaft (the lower section has been blacked-out – with this seen on other sticks used by Keller during the season).
