Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Largely responsible for the success of the Montreal Canadiens throughout the club’s epic 1950s Stanley Cup dynasty widely regarded as the greatest in history, Jean Beliveau, Henri Richard and Dickie Moore enjoyed legendary careers with the Habs, and we offer a trio of individually-signed jerseys from the three timeless superstars. The Richard and Beliveau captain’s jerseys sport the most famous team crest in hockey in tackle twill, with each signing the front in black marker, with Richard on the team crest and Beliveau over the right breast. The Moore alternate captain’s jersey is a vintage model by starter made to simulate wool, with a felt team crest and numbers. Moore has signed the team crest in black marker, with all three signatures displaying nicely (there are a few small stains to the Beliveau jersey to note). Beliveau passed in 2014, Moore in 2015 and the Pocket Rocket left us in 2020.
