Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
Drafted by Vancouver 2nd overall in 1988, Trevor Linden spent parts of ten seasons in British Columbia and then served in stints with three other clubs before making his return to the Canucks early in the 2001-02 season. This signed stick was used by the two-time All-Star during his first couple season with Vancouver in the early-2000s. An Easton Synergy model with “SP 100” blacked-out on the upper shaft, the original blue cloth wrap with reinforcing white tape strand resides on the handle/knob with “16” handwritten, with the blade tape removed. Nice game-use is exhibited on the composite with marks, surface chips and red paint transfer to the lower shaft and heel section, with small cracks to the front and reverse blade (despite the minor cracks, the stick/blade remain completely solid). Linden has placed a silver paint pen signature across the front side shaft along with a greeting, with both displaying well.
