Gracing four different NHL franchises with his presence including most famously Winnipeg, Dale Hawerchuk recorded 41 points for the St Louis Blues in his lone season in Missouri in 1995-96, and was traded to Philadelphia in March of 1996 for his final two seasons. From the mid-1990s while a member of the Flyers, we have a stick used by Ducky (Hawerchuk played in 16 games with Philly in 1995-96 after the trade, and 51 games for the club in his final NHL season, in 1996-97). A Sher-Wood PMP 7000 model with “Hawerchuk” and “10” over the upper shaft, the original white tape remains on the blade and spiral pattern over the shaved handle/knob, with “Philadelphia” stamped just beneath (partially covered). Moderate game-use is shown on the lumber, with the darkened blade tape exhibiting spotting, with some additional wear to the shaft and taped handle. The NHL striping accent is also intact on the lower shaft. Hailing from his personal collection, an LOA from the Hawerchuk family will accompany.
