Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/26/2021
A trio of national team jerseys worn by and issued to rising stars during international contests including the 2014 IIHF World Junior Championships are offered, with a pair of Team Germany jerseys including an example issued to Tom Kuhnhackl in 2008 along with a specimen donned by goaltender Marvin Cupper at the 2014 World Juniors (Cupper played in 6 games for the Germans). We also have a Team France jersey worn circa late-1990s/early-2000s. Both Team Germany jerseys sport IIHF labeling, with Tackla XL sizing and fully sublimated graphics on the Kuhnhackl jersey, and Nike size “58” labeling and tackle twill team crest and numbers on the Cupper jersey (moderate overall use exhibited with marks and burns). The Team France jersey has Nike size “56” labeling, with a tackle twill rooster team crest and matching numbers, with sponsorship crests over the lower front and reverse. Nice game-use is shown, with marks over the front and sleeves. A “Deutscher Eishockey-Bund” COA will accompany for the Cupper jersey.
