A three-time Stanley Cup champion with the Pittsburgh Penguins including as a player in 2009, Sergei Gonchar enjoyed a lengthy NHL career, leading the league in points for defenceman in both 2002 and 2004. Hailing from his final of three seasons in the nation’s capital, we have a photo-matched Ottawa Senators Heritage jersey worn by the skilled Russian in 2012-13. A label with “56” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the vintage large “O” team crest utilized by the original Sens, “55” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with matching alternate shield crests over each shoulder. Sporting light game-use with a few faint board burns visible over the left sleeve, the team patch resides on the inside hem, with a matching COA to accompany from the Senators.
