Selected 3rd overall at the 2016 NHL Entry Draft by the Columbus Blue Jackets, Pierre-Luc Dubois spent a trio of seasons in Ohio before being traded to the Winnipeg Jets, on Dec 31, 2020. This Blue Jackets jersey was worn by the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts native during his rookie season in 2017-18, specifically during a trio of contests in December. “58” sizing is listed on the collar band, with Adidas and NHL crests over the reverse and front necklines respectively. Styled with a multi-coloured and textured Jackets team crest, “18” appears over the sleeves and verso in ventilated twill, with the NHL centennial crest sewn to the right sleeve. The team patch resides on the inside hem along with an example from MeiGray numbered “P00953”, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White w/ NHL Centennial Patch - Online Auction" and "CBJ-Auction" example. An LOA from the Blue Jackets will accompany.
The jersey was specifically worn on Dec 2, 2017 (4-3 loss to Washington), Dec 8, 2017 (5-3 win over New Jersey) and Dec 16, 2017 (2-1 loss to Carolina). Just light game-use is exhibited which includes a few faint board burns, with a small hole near a material-backed team repair on the lower left sleeve.
