Scoring 73 points in 65 regular-season contests for the Boston Bruins in 1982-83, Ray Bourque would add an amazing 23 points postseason, with this just his fourth NHL season. This signed stick was used by the legendary blueliner in 1982-83. A Sher-Wood PMP 5073 model with “Bourque 7” stamped to the shaft, the original white tape remains on the shaved handle (a strand is missing, with the outline visible, with “7” handwritten beneath), with the blade tape removed. There is also a date stamp of “5 Oct 1982” on the underside, with Bourque adding a black ink signature to the shaft along with a personalization. Moderate game-use is exhibited, with marks and wear to the blade and shaft, with the striping accent intact but loose.
