Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/27/2021
Reaching the impressive milestone in just his tenth NHL season, Dale Hawerchuk joined the prestigious 1,000 points club on March 8, 1991, in a 5-3 loss to the Chicago Black Hawks. Only 91 individuals thus far have reached the 1,000 point plateau in over a century of NHL hockey. Hailing from his personal collection, we offer the puck presented to the superstar to commemorate his achievement. Featuring a sterling silver finish over a wooden base with black felt affixed to the underside, "Dale Hawerchuk" and "1000 Points" has been engraved, with a small hallmark and "Sterling" stamped along the side. Exhibiting minor surface wear and tarnishing, the puck is ready for prominent display in your Hawerchuk, Jets, Sabres of Hall of Fame collection. An LOA from the Hawerchuk family will accompany.
