Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020

Out of Camden, New Jersey was the Philadelphia Caramel Company, while out of Kansas did come Hall of Fame shortstop Joe Tinker, joining the Chicago Cubs in 1902 and helping the club to four National League pennants and two World Series titles from 1906 to 1910. This Tinker is from a season that saw Joe hit .288 and steal 20 bases, while earning a salary of just over four thousand dollars. Earning a mark of VG-EX 4 at PSA, this candy card is from a 30-card set and includes the set’s checklist on the reverse. The cards are more difficult to obtain than the company’s initial E95 issue due to a thinner card stock. Obtainable right here, right now, is yet another inviting offering of a baseball immortal, with just four others (out of 42 total) bettering the Pop 7 at PSA.
