A standout with the Pats as the CHL Player of the Year in 2010, Jordan Eberle made his debut for the Edmonton Oilers on Oct 7, 2010 vs Calgary. Scoring 43 points during his inaugural campaign, Eberle would lead the club in his second season with 76 points. Hailing from his rookie season in 2010-11, we have a signed and photo-matched helmet worn by the Regina native. A CCM model in Oilers navy with intact Bauer visor, chin strap and interior harness, “14” appears over the lower reverse, with Oilers decals gracing each side. There is also an NHL decal over the right reverse. An Oilers hologram numbered “7030” has been affixed to the left side, with the number also handwritten to the interior near an affixed inventory sticker. The number also matches the accompanying LOA from the Edmonton Oilers.
Great game use is shown on the head gear, with numerous scratches and surface abrasions visible, with additional marks to the visor and wear visible within the interior. Eberle has signed over the top section in silver marker, with the signature standing out nicely. Getty Image #107846662 (Dec 30, 2010) has been matched to the surface abrasion visible to the lower left of "B" of "Bauer" over the forehead, and it's exact shape and placement, while Getty Image #107386477 (Dec 7, 2010) has been matched to the surface abrasion visible to the lower left of "B" of "Bauer" over the forehead, and to the long scratch present on the left side, just above the ventilation openings.
