Canada’s first major league baseball club, joining the National League for the 1969 season, the Montreal Expos have 23 players enshrined in their HOF including Garry Carter and Rusty Staub, with this beginning during the 25th anniversary in 1993. Tim Wallach holds the clubs all-time RBI and hits records, with Steve Rogers pitching the most wins. This lot offers a large collection of Expos material including ticket stubs, schedules, calendars, magazines, posters and more! First, we have approx 275 ticket stubs (many full tickets) spanning from the 1970 to early-2000s, along with season ticket boxes for 1984, 1990 and 1991, 55 schedules spanning from 1974 to 2003 (duplication present), three unused Metro Expos autograph albums from the 1970s, two 1970s matching accordion-style “Photo Albums”, a small Expos clock and two wrist watches (one from Provigo the other Catelli), media guides for 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993, calendars for 1986 and 1988, oversized Provigo cards from 1986 for Raines, Hesketh (2) and Buck Rodgers (2), six scorecards from the early-1980s, a number of poster (poor condition) and more.
