Some star power and a few notable rookie cards highlight this group of mostly lower grade cards, with nothing destined for the pro graders but still dozens featuring Hall of Fame legends. We'll take care of the superstars in the title first, with a 1955-56 Parkhurst Maurice Richard card appearing to be in the VG neighborhood through its worn screwdown holder, the latter enhanced by a now faded but legible autograph of the Rocket. A Bobby Hull second-year Topps card and a Wayne Gretzky O-Pee-Chee rookie are Poor, with multiple creases and surface/corner/edge wear but no rips, holes or writing. A Paul Henderson RC (F) and Bobby Hull (P) are most notable among (33) 1965-66 Topps entries, with over four dozen '66-67 representatives highlighting the 1960s contingent; they average G, with Howe, Esposito, Hall, Sawchuk, Bower, Horton, Keon and Sinden RC present. Close to three dozen '67-68s include multi-creased cards of Hull, Vachon RC and Shack, with an inkling of '68-69 OPCs (Bower x2) followed up by a dozen '69-70 OPCs including Hull, Parent (2), Cheevers and Mikita, again with handling/wear and in the G neighborhood. .....Meanwhile, cards from the '70s include Clarke (F-G) and Perreault (F) RCs, with an autographed Jean Beliveau card, Orr (#3 + 3 trophy winners) and Hull (2) notable from '70-71 (17 total) and '71-72s (27) headlined by Dionne RC (F), Clarke, specials of Howe and Beliveau and a dozen All-Stars/trophy winners. Most noteworthy among the rest of the grab bag are Don Cherry and Denis Potvin RCs and three later Orr cards, with the Esposito brothers, Lafleur and Plante joining some of the aforementioned stars. Cheaper alternatives to crease-free higher grade cards await the high bidder, with an unopened '90-91 OPC factory set tossed-in. And oh, we almost forgot, three modern jersey cards include a Mario Lemieux 2000-01 Upper Deck 500 Goal Club #500-ML that has a Beckett book value of $200 - nice.
