A sixth round draft choice of the St Louis Blues, Roman Polak spent seven seasons in Missouri before being traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs, in June of 2014. This photo-matched Leafs jersey was worn by the Czech in 2017-18. An Adidas band with “58” sizing resides over the inner collar, with NHL and Adidas crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, “46” appears over the sleeves and verso in oversized single navy twill, with “Polak” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. The jersey also sports the NHL centennial crest over the right sleeve, with a price tag from the team store affixed to the laundering tag. Exhibiting a few marks over the front and sleeves, there are two team repairs near the right cuff along with a single example near the left cuff. Getty Image #897819258 (Dec 14, 2017) has been matched to the bold dark mark visible over the seam just above the right cuff, and to the lighter mark over the same seam visible higher up. The team patch numbered “H0049” is situated over the inside hem, with a matching COA to accompany from the Leafs.
