Dominating children’s play time before the advent of modern video games and computers, bagatelle games were especially popular throughout most of the 20th century, with numerous themes and subjects utilized. Included, we have a desirable “Slugger” baseball bagatelle game with its original illustrated box (14” x 20” – moderate wear with broken levers), “Championship Hockey” by Marx with unlicensed Rocket Richard image (10” x 16” with broken pieces and loose screws) and a pair of similar “POOSH-M-UP Jr” bagatelle games with wooden frames made by Northwestern Products (11” x 17” – both operational with moderate wear, with the shooter broken on one). Next, we have a “Basketelle” basketball bagatelle game by Marx (12” x 4” x 6” – operational, with a small piece of plastic broken off), a Daytona 500 bagatelle by Wolverine (6 ½” x 13”, moderate wear), a Popeye bagatelle game by Lido (7” x 13”, with moderate wear to the plastic), a “Barnyard Golf” bagatelle game by Marx with 1953 patent date (7” x 7”, with moderate wear), a Mickey Mouse bagatelle game by Disney (10” x 16” – cracks and scratches to the cover) and a generic “bagatelle” game (6” x 12 ½”).
