Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/26/2020
Celebrating their last Stanley Cup championship in 1967 and featuring a number of noteworthy stars, this lot contains a collection of autographed pucks totaling 27, with each signed by a past member of the Toronto Maple Leafs including 16 players from the 1967 championship along with 11 notable netminders. Most pucks feature a Leafs logo (some other teams are included), and have been signed in either thin or thick silver paint pen (a few are signed in gold and blue), with light handling wear to the pucks themselves. Signers include HOF members Stanley, Pulford, Bower (2), Pronovost, Fuhr, Cheevers, Kelly and Frank Mahovlich, along with Baun, B. Conacher, Selby, Shack, McKenny, Douglas, Jeffrey, Walton, Stemkowski, Ellis, Edwards, Johnston, Aubin, Pogge, Tellqvist, Palmateer, Ing and Rick Wamsley. The signatures present well, with just a bit of smudging to the Baun, Fuhr and Selby signatures, with the Edwards quite light due to a weak marker. Most of the pucks will also be accompanied by a COA.
