Young Bobby Orr had won the Norris Trophy as the NHL's best defenceman for the first of eight consecutive times the season before this O-Pee-Chee card was issued, with 1968-69 OPC cards notorious for diamond cuts and that is indeed the case here. Slabbed and graded 7 NM by KSA, card #2 exhibits a lightly dinged upper left corner, with light touches at the other three. Tilting the holder at an angle reveals that an apparent rubber band caused warping. Like folks like to say nowadays, "it is what it is" and that also is the most important/valuable card in O-Pee-Chee's 216-card set, released during Bobby's third NHL season, when he hit the 20-goal mark for the first time. A couple of scuffs to the front of the holder and scratches on the back are to mention.
