Beginning his career in Vancouver, Cam Neely is best remembered for his time in Beantown, with All-Star Game appearances in 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1996. The BC native also earned a Bill Masterton Trophy, in 1994. This signed and photo-matched Boston Bruins alternate captain's jersey was worn by Neely in 1989-90, where he scored a career-high 55 goals. A Maska Ultrafil label with handwritten "52" sizing is affixed to the collar, with CCM and Custom-Crafted logos to the reverse hem. Styled with the famous spoked-B team crest, the black V-neck has been accented with gold-over-white tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate patches over each shoulder. Worn during the regular season, the jersey was patched for the Finals as a back-up, with the Stanley Cup crest to the right breast. Neely has signed the fight strap in black marker. The jersey shows great game-use with puck/stick marks and discolouration to the front band, with additional marks and scrapes as well as small holes/slits to the sleeves. There is also pilling to the interior elbows, upper back and beneath the fight strap. Getty Images #53041555 (undated) has been matched to half a dozen plus marks on the right sleeve elbow area, with the jersey now having more game wear than shown on the image. The black mark on the middle right of the "8" on the same sleeve is also visible. The jersey is also photo-matched to a number of marks on the right sleeve elbow area as well. Neely scored 92 points in 1989-90, along with an additional 28 points including 12 goals in 21 playoffs games. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
