This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
Three honoured members of the Hall of Fame that all saw action with the famous Toronto Maple Leafs in the earlier era of the world’s fastest game, we have signed displays featuring deceased legends Hap Day, Harry Watson and King Clancy. The Clancy (D-1986) and Day (D-1990) displays both feature double-matted signature cuts, with the Day 1 ½” x 4” (exposed) on lined paper, with a 1983 HOF postcard added above, with the total display approx 7 ¼” x 11”. The blue ballpoint signature displays well, with no issues. The Clancy signature cut is 1 ¼” x 3 ½” (exposed), with a modern image (3 ¾” x 7 ½”) of the superstar in his Maple Leafs jersey, with full dimensions of 7 ¼” x 13 ¼”. The black ink signature is quite thin and small, but displays well. Lastly, the Watson (D-2002) is a signed 8” x 10” modern photo, double-matted to full dimensions of approx 13” x 15”. Watson has signed along the bottom, in blue, and the signature displays well.
