Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
An Ottawa Senators draft choice in 1998, Mike Fisher spent over a decade in the nation's capital, with parts of an additional eight seasons in the American south, representing the Nashville Predators. We have a Sens jersey worn by the Peterborough native in the 2002-03 NHL pre-season. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with KOHO and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the alternate, multi-coloured and textured Senators team crest that witnessed use from 1997 until 2007, “12” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with matching team crests situated over each shoulder. A few dark marks along with a lengthy board burn are visible over the right sleeve, with a bit of blue paint transfer near the left elbow. A patch from MeiGray numbered “A04243” has been placed over the inside hem, with the company’s population report stating that the garment is a "Red Preseason" example.
