Acquired by Anaheim in a trade with Pittsburgh on Feb. 21, 1997, veteran defenseman J.J. Daigneault helped the Mighty Ducks qualify for the Stanley Cup playoffs for the first time in their fourth NHL season. Daigneault’s photo-matched 1996-97 Mighty Ducks game-worn jersey with Nike size 54 tagging in the back of the neck is photo-matched by the black mark on the left shoulder to Getty Images #288152 taken on April 9, 1997. More game wear shows in black marks on the front tail and both sleeves, which also display board burns. Also included is Daigneault’s 1996-97 Mighty Ducks framed team photo, which he has signed in silver paint pen on the back. Comes with J.J. Daigneault’s signed LOA.
The framed team photo featuring “Mighty Ducks of Anaheim 1996-97” across the top above a 6 3/4" x 13” team photo with the names of team members listed below displays to approximately 13” x 14 3/4" as mounted in a triple matte in a 21 1/4" x 22 3/4" black wood frame.
