Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Hailing from his second of two seasons spent in Pittsburgh, we have a Penguins jersey worn by defenceman Norm Maciver in 1994-95. A size “54” fly tag and CCM labeling with handwritten “22” are affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests on the back bottom hem. Styled with an attractive and textured Pens team crest, the solid white V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Maciver” across the nameplate in matching material. Great game-wear is visible on the garment, with a ton of puck and stick marks covering the front and sleeves, with board burns present along with resulting holes over the left sleeve. There is also a large team repair situated over the left elbow, with heavy pilling to the inner left sleeve.
