Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
The Conn Smythe Trophy winner as playoff MVP in 2014 with the Los Angeles Kings, Justin Williams currently shares a playoff record with Glenn Anderson for the most Game 7 goals in NHL history with seven. We have a Philadelphia Flyers jersey that was worn by the Cobourg native in 2002-03. Size “54” tagging is attached to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL patches on the back neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the gorgeous classic “P” Flyers team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Williams” across the nameplate in single black twill. Nice use is exhibited on the sweater, with marks over the front, left sleeve and reverse numbers, with faint burns over the lower front band. A MeiGray patch numbered “A02933” with “Promo” handwritten resides over the inside hem, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "White - Player's Set Promotional" example.
