Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Goalie Josh Harding autographed his 2004 IIHF world junior championships Team Canada game-worn jersey. Harding, who signed in bold black marker in the middle of the “5” on the back, helped Canada claim a silver medal in Finland and went on to play for the Minnesota Wild, though he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which cut short his playing career. Nike size 58 G tagging sits in the back of the neck along with an IIHF tag with a Made in Canada flag tag below it. The IIHF patch is sewn on the right rear tail and the Nike barcode is heat screened inside the left rear tail. Game wear includes black marks on the front and the right sleeve. Comes with a copy of the original Hockey Canada LOA.
More game wear shows in marks on the left sleeve, reddish-brown stains below the front of the collar and at the top of the left breast, just below the front shoulder seam.
