Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
A long-time veteran that saw action with 5 different clubs during his career, Rob Niedermayer won a Stanley Cup during his NHL tenure, along with a gold medal representing Canada at the 2004 World Championships. We have an Anaheim Ducks alternate captain’s jersey that was worn by the BC native March through April of 2008, and it’s been signed. Size tagging is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with a layered, partially-embroidered drop-shadow Ducks team crest, the “White Set 4” jersey has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Niedermayer” across the nameplate in matching material. With no visible game-wear present, the jersey remains in wonderful condition. Niedermayer has signed the first reverse “4” in white paint pen, and the signature displays well against the black background. The team patch sits on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
