A stick used by Daniel Alfredsson to score an important milestone goal is here for your bidding pleasure, with his 250th goal stick that’s been signed, along with a second signed stick that was used in the game that his 400th goal was scored. The “250th goal stick” originates from a Jan 26th 2006 contest against Montreal, with Alfredsson securing his 250th goal while scoring a pair for a 3-0 victory. The goals also ensured first star of the game for the Swedish winger. The second stick was used in his 400th goal game (but NOT used to score the actual 400th goal), with that milestone being the overtime winner against Calgary at Scotiabank Place on December 30th 2011 in Ottawa. Both sticks have been signed on the blade with added particulars, with a JSA LOA to accompany for the signature on the 250th goal stick.
The 250th goal stick is an Easton Synergy model, with “11 Alfredsson” factory graphics on the upper shaft, with the original gauze-style tape in place on the handle/knob. Showing light but definite use with a few marks and chips on the lower shaft, Alfredsson has signed across the toe section of the blade in silver marker, and the signature is gorgeous. The added inscription states in full “250th goal vs Montreal Jan 26th 2006!”. The stick used in Alfredsson’s 400th goal game is also an Easton model, with “11 Alfredsson” factory graphics on the upper shaft. The stick retains its gauze-style tape on the handle and knob, while the tape has been removed from the blade so that Daniel could add an attractive and flawless silver marker signature near the heel section, including his number. The added text reads in full, “Thx for helping me get to 400!”
