Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
This Edmonton Oilers jersey was worn by Ales Hemsky during the club’s 25th anniversary, in 2003-04. An Elite Sportswear label along with size tagging remains along the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests on the back neckline and bottom hem respectively. Featuring the classic Edmonton oil drop team crest, the v-neck sweater has been accented with triple-twill numbers and name-on-nameplate. The important 25th anniversary patch sits over the right breast, with matching alternate patches over each shoulder. Game-wear includes a number of stick marks on the lower front, along with board burns on both sleeves, including examples on the left sleeve with small resulting holes. A MeiGray patch numbered B03759 sits on the inside hem, and an LOA from the Oilers will accompany.
