Trading cards were made to have fun with and someone definitely enjoyed "playing" with these, the majority of which show considerable handling and wear and which will provide the new owner with some relatively cheap fun. The group of Parkies has a few notables that make it to VG; 37-Dineen RC, 40-Kelly, 55-Bentley, 57-Howell and 59-Rayner, with Gordie Howe (F), leading a similar low-grade contingent that includes 7-Kennedy, 28-Moore, 56-Bathgate RC, 86-Sugar Jim and 92-Schmidt. Eighteen cards are downright Poor, with tape stains, back damage and writing on the back the major flaws. Among them are 1-Lumley, 47-Delvecchio and 52-Lindsay. The 1954-55 Topps cards overall are a little nicer, with a majority grading G, but with also F examples. Noteworthy are 3-Howell, 5-Kelly, 11-Bathgate, 18-Mohns RC, 27-Pronovost, 37-Sugar Jim and 41-Stanley. With back damage and P are eight cards including 26-Rollins, 39-Delvecchio and 60-Schmidt. The fourteen cards missing to complete the set are #s 1-Gamble, 8-Howe, 10-Worsley, 17, 36, 38, 42, 47, 48, 50, 51-Lindsay, 54, 55 and 58-Sawchuk.
