We have a pair of vintage signed typed letters, along with a pair of multi-signed sheets for your consideration. The letters are from the NHL along with the Sporting Editor of the Montreal Herald, and they are both addressed to Emile Dion. The multi-signed sheets have autographs from the 1966-67 Leafs and Bruins and others. The first letter is roughly 7” x 11”, and it is from the NHL on their official letterhead. It mentions that a letter previously sent by the addressee will not be received by Clarence Campbell until the following week. It has been signed by Phyllis King, the secretary to the president and remains in beautiful condition with expected fold lines and toning. The second letter is 8 ½” x 11”, and it refers to both Hall of Fame referee Cooper Smeaton and the “Hockey Hour” publication. Signed by the editor of the sports department for the Montreal Herald, the letter exhibits just fold lines and toning. The first multi-signed sheet is approx. 5 ½” x 8 ½” and features 13 signatures in pencil (except 1) from 1966-67 with Orr (rookie season!), Ron Schock, Tom Williams, Joe Watson, Wayne Conelly, Jean-Paul Parise and Leafs George Armstrong, Brian Conacher, Ron Ellis, Larry Jeffrey and others. The second multi-signed sheet is roughly the same size as the first, with 16 pen signatures including Gordie Howe, Alex Delvecchio, Doug Barkley, Max Bentley, Clarence Campbell, Pierre Pilote, Johnny Bucyk, Vic Howe, John Ferguson, Garry Peters, Jim Neilson and others. Both sheets exhibit a single fold line along with toning and creasing. The Howe signed sheet also has a stain along an edge.
