Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
A number of prominent Toronto Maple Leafs from the early 1970s have signed this full-size souvenir stick, which features bright and perfectly displayable examples. The stick itself is generic in nature, approx. 52” long with a striping stick present on the lower shaft. 21 have signed one side of the shaft in a mix of mediums including ballpoint, along with red, green and black fiber-tip markers. Highlights include HOFers Jacques Plante, Norm Ullman and Darryl Sittler, along with Paul Henderson (signed twice), Ron Ellis, Garry Monahan, Bill MacMillan, Denis Dupere, Don Marshall, Brian Glennie, Mike Pelyk and others. The Plante signature has been scripted in red marker, and it’s an especially pleasing example.
