Defenceman Jay Bouwmeester's Team Canada game-worn jersey saw duty during the 2006 Olympic Winter Games. Jay wore this white gamer for three of Team Canada's contests in Turin, Italy, including games against Italy, Switzerland and Russia. The embroidered Team Canada crest is sewn on the front of this size-60 gamer with IIHF tagging in the neck and a Nike barcode heat screened inside the rear tail. Heritage-style maple leaf patches sit up on each shoulder and double twill numbers are sewn on the back and sleeves. Game wear includes seven-plus stick marks and slashes, including a diagonal black mark through the right side of the seam on the front tail below the team crest that provides a match to a digital image of Bouwmeester on the ice following the final game.
