Boston Garden fan favorite Terry O’Reilly’s Victoriaville stick is among five early-1970s Bruins and AHL Boston Braves game-used and game-issued sticks offered here. Goalie sticks from Dan Bouchard and Ross Brooks and sticks from Rich Leduc and Garry Peters are also included. “T OReilly” is stamped on the shaft of Terry’s Victoriaville game-issue stick that has the date and result of Game 6 of the 1974 Stanley Cup Final handwritten in black marker on the front of the shaft. O'Reilly’s Bruins game-issued stick has “Stanley Cup 5/19/74” Boston 0 – Philadelphia 1 at Philadelphia” handwritten on the front of the shaft; Leduc’s Victoriaville game-used stick with his original tape jobs on the knob and blade is one he used with either the Bruins or the Braves in 1973-74. “R Leduc” is stamped on the shaft and the date “5/7/74” is handwritten low on the shaft. LeDuc played five of six games in the final against the Flyers; Bouchard dedicated his black marker autograph on the shaft of his 1971-72 Braves Sher-Wood game used-stick. “Bouchard” is stamped on the shaft which has No. “1” handwritten in bold black marker below Dan’s tape job on the knob featuring white tape over a huge black tape knob. The date “2/27/72” is handwritten in red marker on the shaft and Bouchard’s original tape jobs also remain on the blade and paddle; “Brooks” is stamped on the shaft of Ross’ 1973-74 Northland Custom Pro game-used stick that saw duty with either the Bruins or the Braves. His number “30” is stamped in red above that and Brooks’ original tape jobs remain on the knob, paddle and blade. The date “5/7/74” is handwritten in blue marker on the shaft and the accent stripes low on the paddle are in Bruins colors; “Peters 15” is stamped on the shaft of the Sher-Wood Pattern Pro gamer that retains original tape jobs on the knob and blade. Garry Peters played for both the Bruins and the Braves in 1971-72.
