Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/15/2016
There’s something for everyone in this lot, with a large gathering of memorabilia covering a number of areas of collecting. We’ll start with three pairs of antique skates with wooden bases, all showing heavy use which includes rusting along the blades. Next, we have a plastic NHL lunchbox and thermos from the 1970’s made by Alladin. Both show wear from use but remain in very good condition, we have 11 Starting Lineup figurines still sealed, made up of multiple Gretzkys and Glenn Halls, 13 Provigo figures of multiple players, all still sealed, a large assortment of vintage Russian hockey pins, 6 different 1970’s NHL mini-pennants, including Chicago, Vancouver and Montreal, a Bruins jersey with no tagging, a Face-Off hockey board game in good condition, 4 different vintage hockey puzzles (unsure if all are complete) including a 1954 Red Wings example and six framed photos of Derek Sanderson including a signed example. There is also a large box filled with dozens of vintage posters, in varying degrees of condition. There is even more, but we’ll leave that for the winning bidder to discover.
