This New York Islanders autograph and memorabilia lot includes some very interesting items. First we have original artwork by Bill Gallo that was used for the cover of the 1982 NY Islanders yearbook. 11” x 14” on cardboard, it’s in excellent condition and Gallo has signed in the bottom right, an LOA from JSA will come with this piece, and the matching 1982 yearbook is also included. Next we have a pair of 1983 Stanley Cup finals game 6 full tickets in excellent condition with no bends or creasing. An Islanders practice jersey, an early-2000s Oleg Kvasha Islanders game-worn helmet, an Islanders neon Budweiser sign, six Islanders pucks w/three signed and a group of signed NY publications round out this group. The remaining items available in this NY Islanders memorabilia grouping are as follows;
1 – Islanders practice jersey. Solid red with NY logo, size 56 tagging in the collar with additional Reebok patch on the back neckline, it remains in excellent condition.
2 - Oleg Kvasha Islanders game-worn helmet from circa early-2000s. With Itech face guard still attached and #12 on back, in very good condition.
3 – Budweiser Islanders neon sign. At 16” x 19”, the Islanders logo is surrounded by neon with the Budweiser logo below also lighting up. In excellent condition.
4 – Group of 10 NY publications including magazines yearbooks and a program. All signed, highlights include a 1976 semi-finals program signed by 9 including Denis Potvin, a 1984 SI issue signed on the cover by Mike Bossy, a 1979-80 Islanders yearbook signed on the cover by 3 including Ken Morrow, and a 1976 soft-cover book signed on the cover by Potvin.
5 – Six NY Islanders pucks w/three signed, including Kyle Okposo, all in excellent condition.
