Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
This visually appealing lot features vintage items perfect for display. First off we have a 14 ½” x 22” cardboard 7UP advertising piece. It showcases two young boys resplendent in Leafs and Habs sweaters both enjoying a 7UP as they rest from game action. Dated 1948, the piece is in beautiful condition on front with the original hanging string still in place. The back has some water damage, but this does nothing to diminish its display quality. Next we have a vintage 14” x 18” jigsaw puzzle with the original box that features game action between Toronto and Chicago, with Stan Mikita front and center. A deal at its original purchase price of .97 cents, all 350 pieces are accounted for. Rounding out this visually pleasing lot is a collection of 60th anniversary Spalding sports prints in their original folder with cover sheet from 1973. 4 prints total are included that feature hockey, football, golf and baseball. All are in beautiful condition with no issues to note.
