Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
An eight-year veteran with the Boston Bruins when he first appeared on hockey cards in 1933-34, Hall-of-Famer Harry Oliver is described as “A high scorer and is always a standout on his team” on the back of this O-Pee-Chee rookie card. It has been deemed worthy of EX-MT 6 status by the graders at PSA where it has only ever been bettered by two NM 7 examples. Company statistics reveal that a total of 58 card #9s have been slabbed by PSA over the years, with this EX-MT 6 joined by ten others.
