Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Missing only the checklist and “Zip” cards for completion, this group of Parkies averages VG, with the majority of the cards indeed VG, although we count just over a dozen crease-free examples which range from VG-EX to EX, including #s 4-Mahovlich, 14-Shack, 21-Ullman and 38-Richard. Among the keys, a light side-to-side (30-Howe) or top-to-bottom crease (49-Plante) send them to the VG-VG+ neighborhood, with 39-Beliveau and 54-JC Tremblay RC at VG. Gordie Howe’s #31 card has multiple light vertical creases rendering it G at best. Poor are 7-Horton (pen writing on the back) and 31-Delvecchio (clipped corner, paper loss on the back). Overall though, not bad at all and perfect for those looking for a relatively inexpensive trip back to the Original Six era. A lower grade duplicate of 42-Dickie Moore is included.
