Goalie Pat Jablonski’s first game at the Montreal Forum for the Montreal Canadiens was certainly a memorable one. Jablonski started in his Habs debut, a 5-4 loss in St. Louis on Nov. 29, 1995 three weeks after he was acquired from the Blues in a trade for defenseman J.J. Daigneault. His next appearance for the Canadiens was on Dec. 2, 1995, when he came off the bench at 11:57 of the second period. Jablonski took over from Hall of Famer Patrick Roy, who had been torched for Detroit’s first nine goals in an 11-1 loss to the Red Wings at the Montreal Forum in what proved to Roy’s last game for the Canadiens. Jablonski played a total of 40 games for Montreal in 1995-96 and 1996-97 and his game-worn home white jersey is from one of those two seasons. It has CCM Goalie Style and size 60 flag tags inside the collar and CCM and NHL shield logos embroidered on the right rear hem. Game wear includes black marks and red paint transfer on the sleeves. Comes with a Canadiens LOA signed by Rejean Houle.
