Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
Sharing Montreal Canadiens' goaltending duties with Jocelyn Thibault after the departure of Patrick Roy in 1995, Pat Jablonski would spend parts of two seasons with the Habs before moving on to additional short stints with Phoenix and Carolina before concluding his career in Sweden. This Canadiens jersey was worn by the Ohio native in circa 1996-97. A CCM “Goalie Style” label and size “60” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, the white V-neck has been accented with “39” in blue-over-red tackle twill numbers over the sleeves and verso, with “Jablonski” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Exhibiting light game use, there are a few marks visible over the front and sleeves, with additional dark marks over the reverse hem. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, a signed LOA from Rejean Houle on Montreal Canadiens letterhead will accompany.
