Ultra rare opportunity is deceased HOFer Jack Darragh’s 1911 Ottawa Senators signed real photo postcard! Darragh’s autograph is super scarce as he died of a ruptured appendix in 1924. Darragh is pictured in crystal-clear detail as a
20-year-old rookie in his full Senators uniform in this magnificent real photo postcard from an Ottawa Stanley Cup season. Darragh has handwritten the text on the 5 3/8” x 3 1/2" postcard that he signed and sent. It reads: "Dear friend: Mother is much better now, was out today for the first. How do you like this card. J. Darragh." It is postmarked Ottawa, Feb. 11, 1911, and those indentations show through with a close look as faint creases on the front. This
one-of-a-kind signed photo postcard is otherwise crease-free and wonderfully preserved. An incredible opportunity, it comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
