Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Two great Western Hockey League Red Deer Rebels game-worn jerseys from the mid-to-late-1990s offered here, with winger Kent Beagle’s white Rebels jersey, tagged in the collar as a “Bauer (size) 54” showing marks and paint transfer scattered about the front, back, and on both sleeves, an unrepaired hole on the left breast and left sleeve, puckering on the team crest, inside pilling, possibly a former nameplate, and definite evidence of having a previous number on the arms and back. Beagle suited up for the Rebels in the 1998-99 season only. From goaltender Mike Whitney, who played for the Rebels for 4 years from 1994-95 to 1997-98 is his black Rebels gamer, tagged in the collar as a “Goalie Style” with a size “56” flap alongside. This jersey has puckering in the team crest, an unrepaired slit on both the front and back hems, and a small scattering of marks in places. We also see evidence of a former nameplate. Great gamers from the always excellent Western Hockey League.
