Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Known in recent years as the highly successful coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins, Dan Bylsma also skated as a forward with 2 different NHL teams, the L.A. Kings and Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, totaling 429 regular season games in all. We have Bylsma's L.A. Kings game-worn alternate 3rd style jersey from the 1999-2000 campaign, his last season with the Kings before moving down the highway to Anaheim. Tagged in the collar as a CCM with a size "54" flap, this Bylsma tie-neck gamer has the "2000" millennium patch sewn on the right breast and shows puckering on the team crest and on Bylsma's number "42". On the inside hem is a handwritten "99/00" and the initials of Kings equipment manager Peter Millar. Beautiful jersey that comes with an LOA signed by a representative of the Kings, and includes a MeiGray Group hologram sticker on the letter.
