Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014

Ten massive team repairs litter the elbows of Jim Sandlak's road black Vancouver Canucks knit circa 1987-88. A fading Maska Ultrafil tag sits in the collar and the CCM identifier has been sewn onto the tail in all-orange boxes. Nice interior pilling adds to the game wear and we spot a series of small blood drops on the lower hem. Everything is sewn-on including the heavily-embroidered skate crest on the upper chest. Sandlak started out with the Canucks in 1985-86 and would spend parts of nine seasons in the Vancouver uniform. He posted a 31-point performance in 1987-88 over 49 games, adding a total of 81 minutes in the box.
