Philadelphia Flyers game-worn #20 jersey is a style worn by the Broad Street Bullies during two seasons in the early-1970s. The Flyers began wearing this look with double twill two-tone numbers in 1971-72 and Eddie Joyal and Jim Johnson are both listed as having worn #20 that season. In 1972-73, Jim Watson and Pierre Plante are also both listed as having worn that same number. This jersey is from either of those two seasons. There is evidence of a former Pearson tag in the collar and a heavily washed General Athletic tag remains in the hem. Game wear includes a team repair on the front hem. Comes with an LOA. More game wear shows in black stick marks and a spot of red paint transfer on the left front tail. There are reddish-brown stains above the gorgeous embroidered Flyers crest sewn on the front, and an unrepaired hole on the right front tail.
