From April 4th, 1946, game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens comes a Garden program when the Habs would best the Bruins 4-2 and drink from the mug not long after in game five. This Garden program, measuring 8” x 11” has all 32 pages complete and intact, with some wear on the spine and a few creases running from top to bottom, while the right edge has been unevenly cut. On the middle lineup page, red ink and pencil notations have been added alongside players, but all in all is a well-preserved and historic program featuring the likes of Brimsek, Cain, Clapper, Cowley, Dumart and Bauer for the Bruins, while the Habs replied with Durnan, Bouchard, Blake, Richard, Lach, Reardon et al.
