Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Two familiar Ken Dryden poses make up this framed montage that includes a colored 8” x 10” shot of the HOFer (ind. 1983), crouched and waiting, and the other 8" x 10" of him resting on his stick, which became the player, lawyer, writer, lecturer, politician, and activist’s signature pose to many fans. Dryden has signed the “crouched position” picture with slightly pale but clear black marker, with the two pictures matted and set inside a professionally assembled black wooden frame that measures 21” x 25”, and which shows a few nicks and scratches and one small area of scuffing. A plaque mounted at the bottom reads as “Montreal Canadiens, autographed by Ken Dryden”.
