Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
D-man Joe Cirella suited up with 6 different clubs during his career that began in 1981-82 with the Colorado Rockies and ended 15 years later with Ottawa, and it was during the 1991-92 campaign with the New York Rangers that he donned this classic Blueshirt gamer with the “75th” patch sewn on the left breast. Tagged in the collar with “Cosby Madison Square Garden” along with adjoining washing instructions and size “54” flaps, this gamer with the great double tackle twill team crest, nameplate, and number “6” shows excellent game-wear with 5 team repairs on the left sleeve, 8 on the right sleeve, and 2 more on the right shoulder. Combine these with various marks and board burns, and know Cirella earned his keep.
