Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/4/2014
Staring down from the walls of the Canadiens’ dressing room at the old Montreal Forum were the faces of the Habs’ Hall of Fame players. Offered are four frames, including three with the original images of Kenny Reardon, Bernie “Boom Boom” Geoffrion and Dickie Moore from the Forum dressing room. Mounted recessed in a white and red matte on a blue matte background, these three quarter-inch thick pieces on masonite-type wood are displayed in 20” x 14 3/4" wood frames. A fourth framed display features a 7 1/4" x 13” picture of the Habs’ dressing room in the Forum that shows how these unique pieces were originally displayed. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
The three HOF headshots are originally from the Forum. Each has a small nailhole at the top and the bottom and is displayed with its original nameplate and the HOFer’s year of induction.
The framed photo display is not from the Forum.
