Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2014

Toronto’s second NHL Stanley Cup was won by the 1921-22 St. Patricks. The precursors of the Maple Leafs, the St. Pats beat Ottawa in the NHL final before defeating Vancouver 3-2 in the Stanley Cup final. Obtained from the family of St. Pats defenseman Ken Randall, this rare cut panoramic photo of the Cup champions shows Stackhouse, Nolan, Smith, Denneny, Stuart, Roach, Cameron, Noble, Dye and Randall lined up from left to right on the ice. This original photo was cut cleanly vertically into two portions between Roach and Cameron. There are tape remains and marks on the rough edges of this great panoramic shot, which has a few pieces torn off along the margins but is all set for worthy framing. This is a great opportunity to claim a great image from Toronto's early NHL and Stanley Cup history. The left portion of the photo measures 10 1/4" x 7” and the right portion measures 6 3/4” x 7”.
